All you need: Hand blender, baking tray baking paper, air tight jar.
Process: Preheat oven to 160. Blend the sugar and mint together either with the hand blender or in a food processor. Spread out on the prepared baking tray. Pop the tray in the oven and turn off the heat. Allow the sugar / mint mixture to dry out. When cool, remove from the oven, pour n the jar and use as necessary.
