ALL YOU NEED : Large roasting tray. Foil and loads of bacon.
PROCESS : Preheat grill to 200. Take a long piece of foil and fold it over so you have double strength. Lay it on the kitchen bench and using your fingers fold and concertina the foil so it looks like a long wide fan (make sure it can fit on the roasting tray). Place the foil on the tray, then gently lay your bacon over the top of the foil fan, pushing the bacon into the grooves. You should be able to fit quite a few rashers on the foil fan. Roast until crispy.
