Recipe & Information

All you need: Foil, knife, baking tray, olive oil. Preheat oven to 180.

Process: Take a bulb of garlic, slice off the stem and ½ cm exposing top of the bulb. Place on a piece of foil, drizzle with olive oil. Wrap up and roast until the garlic is tender (about 15 minutes).
