Recipe & Information
All you need : Knife, chopping board, hand blender or food processor, jar.
Process: Scrape soft butter into a bowl (refer to our Melting Butter hax for melting help!). Add garlic, chilli, herbs, salt and pepper. Pulse or mash with a spoon until combined. Place in a jar and pop in the fridge and use often.
For Garlic & Herb Chips : Preheat oven to 180. Melt 150g butter, scatter your cut chips (potato, kumara or swede) on an oven tray (in one layer) drizzle with the butter. Pop in the oven, roast for 20 minutes, flip them over then remove when golden and crispy – divine.
