All you need : Chopping board, snap lock bag, bacon and room in your freezer.
Process: Lay a rasher of bacon on the board, with the larger end towards you. Using your fingertips, roll the bacon into a tight tube shape (fat end to thin end, if it’s not streaky bacon). Continue until you have rolled the batch. Place on a board and pop in the freezer. When frozen, store in snap lock bag
