Instant Ice Cream / Sorbet

Get prepped for instant ice cream or sorbet my peeps

When the sun is high and you can’t be arsed to jump in your car, but you’d love a bowl of yummy creamy goodness, or a refreshing glass of silky sorbet, let me help you with my instant ice cream or sorbet hax.

In this vid, I’ve demonstrated banana, coconut and chocolate, however the list is endless. All you have to do is have a few key ingredients waiting in your freezer for a quick blitz, blend and you’re ready to sit and lick in the sun!

Recipe & Information

** WHAT YOU NEED **
Freezer, container, blender, scoop, spoon, mouth and friends or family.

FLAVOURS:
Banana & Coconut : 2 frozen bananas, peeled & chopped + ¼ cup coconut cream (add a tsp of honey if you like)

Mango Sorbet :
1 tin Mangoes (peaches or berries) Drained + FROZEN + 50 ml lemon or orangeade.

Berry Sorbet :
300g frozen berries + 125ml fruit juice (or adult version 100ml juice + 25ml vodka) + 2tbsp maple syrup

Chocolate & Hazelnut :
2 frozen bananas, as above + ¼ cup coconut cream / yogurt + ¼ cup cocoa powder + 1 tsp hazelnut essence OR 2 tbsp hazelnut butter

** PROCESS **
Pop all relevant ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth, soft scoop, if a little thick drizzle and mix through a little more liquid. Serve immediately or pop in a container and straight into the freezer. This is a fabulous one to serve with my Left Over Pastry Straws Hax.
