When the sun is high and you can’t be arsed to jump in your car, but you’d love a bowl of yummy creamy goodness, or a refreshing glass of silky sorbet, let me help you with my instant ice cream or sorbet hax.

In this vid, I’ve demonstrated banana, coconut and chocolate, however the list is endless. All you have to do is have a few key ingredients waiting in your freezer for a quick blitz, blend and you’re ready to sit and lick in the sun!

Recipe & Information

Freezer, container, blender, scoop, spoon, mouth and friends or family.

Banana & Coconut : 2 frozen bananas, peeled & chopped + ¼ cup coconut cream (add a tsp of honey if you like)

Mango Sorbet :
1 tin Mangoes (peaches or berries) Drained + FROZEN + 50 ml lemon or orangeade.

Berry Sorbet :
300g frozen berries + 125ml fruit juice (or adult version 100ml juice + 25ml vodka) + 2tbsp maple syrup

Chocolate & Hazelnut :
2 frozen bananas, as above + ¼ cup coconut cream / yogurt + ¼ cup cocoa powder + 1 tsp hazelnut essence OR 2 tbsp hazelnut butter
