Perfect Poached Eggs

Whether you’re making breakfast for 1, 2 or 12 people, with this method, every egg is poached to perfection – no stress and perfect yolks.

NOTE : With my egg to tin ratio, I only needed 1 cm of water, just ensure every egg is covered with water and you’re good to go.

COOKED : When the whites are firm and yolk how you’d like them. Remove from oven, carefully drain the water and Bobs your aunties live in lover.
